Ms. Carla Assisted me to buy my first ever home. She was great and assisted me with all the questions and guided to complete my paperwork as accurately as possible. I am just really glad that I have chosen Ms. Carla as my agent and would definitely recommend her to friends and families.
My wife and I had the pleasure of selling our home with Carla last year. Unfortunately, we had two contracts fall through. The first contract fell through days before closing and after every hurdle before settlement had been cleared due to the buyer. They even pulled their own listing and paid us the earnest money. The second buyer wanted a big tree 50 yards from the house removed after the home inspection, completely unreasonable and irrelevant to the purpose of the inspection, as the tree was no where near the house to affect it in any way. Through it all, Carla and her team worked hard to not only keep our listing marketable, but they also worked to keep our spirits optimistic. Eventually the third time was the charm, and she found us the perfect buyers. Carla, her husband Rick, and the rest of her team went above and beyond what a typical team would do for their clients. Most importantly, I always felt empathy and that she and her team were working feverishly to get our house sold. My wife and I are now happily settled in our dream home, but if we were to sell again, Carla would be the first agent we would call.
When we were told we would be relocating to Maryland for my husband’s job we were a bit lost. We had never been to Maryland and had a tight timeline to make the move with our family. We flew to Maryland and met Carla and she immediately put us at ease and spent the entire weekend showing us around. Once we focused on the area we liked best, we found a house we were very interested in. We couldn’t fly back to Maryland so Carla and her team went to the house and did a virtual tour for us. They looked for any leaks and any other significant issues and spent a tremendous amount of time going room by room to show us the home and answer our questions. We put an offer on the house without stepping foot in it and did the entire contract from a far. We flew out for the inspection and Carla stayed with us at the house to make sure it was everything we had hoped for. Carla went above and beyond and spent a tremendous amount of time with us both remotely and in person and continues to check in on us! Highly recommend!

As a 54 year old man I’ve bought and sold many houses. Carla and her husband Rick are TOP NOTCH. On my recent sale in Mt Airy I had to get a permit on a deck that was built 20 years ago. Her husband went to Carroll county permit office and got all the permits (while I was in Sunny Florida). Almost daily she emailed me with updates. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her services.
